Quax in Africa is a is a sequel to the highly popular 1941 comedy Quax the Crash Pilot (Quax, der Bruchpilot). The plot follows a skilled pilot (Heinz Rühmann) who crashes his plane in the African jungle while traveling with two women. Stranded in the jungle, Quax has to find a way to survive the harsh wilderness while managing his female companions.
