The film keeps you interested from the steps leading up to the launch, to the flight around the Moon.

The wow factor are the special effects, like the gigantic Spaceship-1 and it’s ramp launch (Some designer for “”When Worlds Collide”” saw this movie!) or the visual of looking back at the Earth and watching the Sun rise from behind it.

This movie is well worth a look for fans of vintage Sci-Fi movies.
